Christopher J. Culver
President and CEO
Mr. Christopher J. Culver is the Chief Executive Officer of Health Media Network (HMN). Chris set out to transform the Point of Care media industry and became the first company to build a 100% IP addressable digital screen network comprised of powerful health verticals. HMN continues to expand organically and through strategic acquisitions with like-minded companies and innovate creative solutions for clients.
Prior to forming HMN, Mr. Culver founded and built Culver Out-of-Home Media, LLC, an advertising and media agency that served clients such as Time Warner City Cable, Arizona Iced Tea, Virgin Atlantic Airways, National Newspaper Network, Act Media, Bordeaux Wines and Armani as well as owned the advertising rights in sports stadiums. As EVP of Sales at TDI, Mr. Culver was part of a senior leadership team that became the largest transit advertising company in the U.S. and parts of Europe.
In addition to his media background, Chris also led a team for Webcraft Games and other investors in London where he established The UK Charity Lottery which was the first major lottery in the UK.
Chief Operating Officer
Larry Newman joined Health Media Network in 2010 and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Throughout the past 7 years, Larry has assembled and led a tremendous team of professionals and orchestrated the growth of HMN’s media footprint to over 13,000 locations through strategic organic growth and an aggressive acquisition strategy. HMN has been one of the fastest growing Digital Point of Care companies and continues to diversify products and services that improve patient outcomes. Prior to HMN, Larry founded and sold The Spectrum Health Network, a successful digital signage company with a focus on large group practices and hospital systems. Before becoming involved in the digital out-of-home industry, Larry specialized in healthcare economics and health policy, and co-founded one of California’s largest healthcare management companies.
Chief Revenue Officer
Joe joined HMN in 2013 and is Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for developing revenue streams across the HMN digital Point of Care network. Joe has a proven track record of building top tier sales organizations. Prior to HMN, Joe served as SVP of Advertising Sales and Marketing for LifeScript and Healthline Networks, where he scaled Healthline’s nascent digital media business, through building and leading a high-performing cross-functional advertising sales organization. Under Joe’s direction, Healthline realized exponential annual advertising revenue growth and earned Deloitte Fast Technology 500 rankings of #54 in 2010 and #75 in 2011.
Chief Financial Officer
Joseph joined HMN in 2016 and serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he is responsible for financial oversight, including strategic planning, budgeting, capital allocation, benefit administration and risk management. Prior to HMN, Joseph worked as a financial consultant for many private equity and public companies, serving in CFO capacity to help improve operations and financial results. Joseph was previously CFO for Modell’s Sporting Goods, the largest privately owned sporting goods retailer in the United States, where he was responsible for all financial treasury and accounting issues. Prior to Modell’s, Joseph helped lead J. Crew to its successful IPO, which was thelargest initial public offering of any retailer.
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Alicesa is Vice President of Marketing and joined HMN in 2013. With her expansive background in advertising media for national consumer brands, across all communication platforms, Alicesa is responsible for defining and executing marketing strategies to drive national growth for HMN. Prior to HMN, Alicesa held executive director roles, leading profitable teams at major corporations including Hearst, Meredith, L’Oreal, Primedia and the Walt Disney Company.
Vice President, Point of Care Network
Diane is Vice President of Point of Care Network and joined HMN in 2016. With Diane’s background in sales leadership, strategy and successful product introductions, she is responsible for the expansion of HMN’s existing footprint of Healthcare Systems, Hospitals and Practices. Prior to her start at HMN, Diane held roles at WomenHeart, Billboard, Advertising Age, Reed Business Information and Procter & Gamble.
VP, Analytics and Insights
Staci is Vice President of Analytics and Insights and joined HMN in 2016. With her extensive experience in pharmaceutical data and IT, and her emphasis on innovation, Staci is responsible for defining data, analytics strategies and market research insights for HMN. Prior to HMN, Staci held executive roles at Boehringer-Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals and Affinion Group, as well managerial roles at Cognizant, Oracle, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
VP, Digital Strategy
Steve joined HMN in 2017. With his background in software engineering and passion for creating a culture of innovation, Steve is responsible for defining HMN’s digital strategy and monetization opportunities. Prior to HMN, Steve started his own web design business, and held senior management roles at GE and Invesco, leading application development, analytics, and user experience.
